Yulia Radanova

Lawyer Yulia Radanova is a human rights defender, attorney, and expert in the field of mediation. She believes she can contribute her expertise and commitment in several strategic areas important for the development of the National Network for Children (NNC):

  • Legislative initiatives and advocacy – with proven experience in drafting opinions, legislative proposals, and participating in strategic litigation, I could support NNC in building sustainable policies and proposals for legislative changes aimed at protecting children’s rights and well-being.
  • Access to justice and legal aid for children – as one of the founders of the Legal Aid Network within NNC and a lawyer with long-standing practice in the field of children’s rights, I have an in-depth understanding of the challenges within the judicial system and can propose effective mechanisms for better child protection.
  • Mediation and alternative dispute resolution – as an internationally recognised mediator and university lecturer, I could assist in introducing sustainable, child-centred mediation models with a focus on family disputes.
