The first part of the programme for strengthening and development of the organizational capacity, which the National Network for Children develops in support of its members, finished at the end of March. 22 organisations – members of the Network participated in trainings “Strategic and administrative management” during which were discussed topics such as strategic planning, advocacy, external communications, project development and management, etc.
After the training, every organization is envisaged to work on its own. Each organization should define own organizational issue, which should be resolved, and to develop a plan about the necessary steps for the solution. During this process the organizations will be supported by the trainers of the programme and the secretariat. The participants will have the opportunity to visit another organization which has a good practice in the area of the chosen problem and to be introduced to it.
The UROK programme will finish with a final meeting which will take place in September.
