The financial assistance for “School fruit” reached almost 1 million leva

The state fund “Agriculture” (SFA) did the consecutive payment within the scheme “School fruit” for the school year 2011/2012, announced from the fund. The subsidy which amounts to 296 546 leva, was transferred according to 144 requests for payments submitted in February and March.

The transferred funds for the current school year already reached 975 398 leva. The sum is paid on the basis of 511 processed until now requests.

The scheme “School fruit” is implemented for a second consecutive year and 947 schools attended by 121 804 children benefited from it. The scheme aims to build permanent alimentary habits of the children.
