Zornitsa Stoichkova is a member of the team at the Health and Social Development Foundation. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in the design, management, and evaluation of programmes for children and families. As a practitioner who provides day-to-day methodological support to social workers, psychologists, educators, and other professionals, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing organisations in the sector. This experience has taught her that sustainable change happens when people and organisations come together, combining their knowledge, efforts, and energy around a shared goal.
She believes that this is the National Network for Children’s greatest strength—the ability to bring together organisations with diverse experience and expertise, united by the same commitment to children.
As a member of the Board of Directors, Zornitsa Stoichkova would contribute her professional expertise, strategic thinking, and commitment to constructive dialogue. She would work to strengthen collaboration among member organisations, promote the sharing of good practices, and identify solutions that respond to the real needs of children and families. She believes that the best solutions emerge through partnership, mutual trust, and respect for different perspectives.
