Number of skeptics keeps decreasing with time, as less than 4% have said that they disapprove foster parenting.<\/p>\n<p>More than 63 per cent of the people consider foster parenting to have a positive effect on kids. Most of the people think this is so for the simple reason of children living in a close-to-family environment.
