{"id":106350,"date":"2025-10-20T17:00:56","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T14:00:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nmd.bg\/?p=106350"},"modified":"2025-10-20T17:00:56","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T14:00:56","slug":"delegation-from-albanian-municipalities-impressed-by-social-services-in-sofia-and-pernik","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nmd.bg\/en\/delegation-from-albanian-municipalities-impressed-by-social-services-in-sofia-and-pernik\/","title":{"rendered":"Delegation from Albanian municipalities impressed by social services in Sofia and Pernik"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"250\" data-end=\"694\">On 16 and 17 October, representatives of the municipalities of Durr\u00ebs and Pustec in Albania visited Bulgaria to exchange experience in the field of social services.<br data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"417\" \/>The visit took place within a project funded by the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the Bulgarian Development Aid Programme and implemented by the <strong data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"633\">Albanian Center for Population and Development (ACPD)<\/strong> in partnership with the <strong data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"691\">National Network for Children<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"1125\">During the two-day programme, the delegations met with <strong data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"787\">Deputy Minister Natalia Efremova<\/strong> from the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, <strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"877\">Deputy Mayor of Sofia Nadezhda Bacheva<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"924\">Deputy Mayor of Pernik Stefan Krastev<\/strong>, as well as with the teams of the <strong data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1008\">Institute for Social Activities and Practices<\/strong>, the newly opened <strong data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1079\">therapeutic centre of the Proud of Me Foundation<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1122\">P.U.L.S. Foundation in Pernik<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1431\">\n<p data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1431\">\u201cWe were impressed by the way Bulgaria coordinates the work between ministries, municipalities and non-governmental organisations. The National Map of Social Services is an extremely useful tool that we would like to introduce in our own context,\u201d said a representative of the Municipality of Pustec.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1760\">\n<p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1760\">\u201cWe witnessed effective partnerships between local authorities and civil society organisations. The crisis centre of the P.U.L.S.
