The Survey refers children and teenagers from all over Europe. It has been prepared in line with the international advocacy efforts towards the UNCRC Third Optional Protocol ratification. The Survey includes three parts:
– Part One of the survey includes a few questions about the person who complete it.
– Part Two tells about the access to justice in the own country when the rights of the person, completeing the survey have been violated or have not been respected.
– Part Three of the survey explains how to make a complaint directly to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child when the rights of the person, completing the survey have been violated or could not access justice in his own country.
The survey raises children and youths awareness regarding their rights and options to protect them.
