From 28 to 31 March in Voivodinovo village, Plovdiv region took place the training of the second group for strategic and organizational planning within the programme “ SIOC – Strengthening and improving the organizational capacity”. The programme supports 23 organisations members of the network in the development of their organizational capacity. Apart from the training which covers topics such as strategic and organizational planning, external communications, lobbying and team work, the participants had the possibility to get acquainted with the work of NAVA volunteers for social services provision and to take part in the “Organizations Fair” during which each organization could present their work. Following the first training, every organization could have support and consultations for the development of a strategy or a plan in a sphere where it’s necessary for it. The organizations could also participate in on-the job training/practice during which they could visit other organizations and to exchange experience with them.
