Questionnaire for consultation on De-Institutionalisation

This questionnaire aims at gathering evidence on de-institutionalisation (DI) and quality alternative care for children, making a link with the European Structural Funds. There are 10 questions in total. If the information requested is not available within your organisation, you can just skip a question and move to the next one. You are not necessarily expected to reply to ALL of them!

The information will be used for the elaboration of the upcoming Eurochild policy position on DI, quality alternative care for children and EU Structural Funds.
