134 526 are the calls at the National Telephone Line for children 116 111 since the launch of the service on 14th October two years ago. The line is envisaged for consultation, information and assistance on any issues and problems related to children. The experts of the telephone line have carried out 30 472 consultations with children and adults for this period. A stable increase of the number of the calls could be observed in 2011 compared with 2010. Teenagers call most often (53 % girls and 47 % boys).
