NNC organized a training in financial management of NGOs

On February 23, in the office of the NNC a financial training in management of NGOs took place. The training was attended by members of the NNC. The main topics was budgeting & forecasting cash flows and project auditing and accounting of grant. Participants had the opportunity to raise specific cases of their work, so the consultation was as practical as possible.
This training was part of an effort of the NNC to support the performance and increase the capacity of its members. The seminar was led by Svetlana Pavlova – auditor and Lidia Ivanova – financial manager at  the NNC.
