National Network for Children and in particular the Report ” School Card 2012: Assessment of the implementation of state commitments to children in Bulgaria “, prepared by NNC, was presented as an example for good practice in the Annual Report of the OAK Foundation, 2011. According to the Foundation School Card 2012 represents a realistic picture of the implementation of specific policies affecting the future of Bulgarian children. The Oak Foundation congratulates NNC for the fact that both contributions and shortcomings of the practical implementation of the commitments are pointed out in the School Card.
