During the holidays let’s think about the children, all of them. For those who have no home and parents, for those who suffer. Children are human beings who, just like the adults, have the right not to be abused and humiliated, they are people with their own emotions and dignity we all must respect.
During the holidays let’s think about our own children as well – let’s listen to them more carefully and encourage them to share. They should know that whatever they do in their lives, they will always have our support as parents.
In this difficult year for children rights, our society has been divided. Circles, who believe the child is a property of the adult, have spread fears among parents. They also sowed lies that our children would be taken away by the state. It depends on each of us whether we succumb to lies and propaganda, but as adults, we need to think carefully about our values, because they are the basis on which we build our greatest wealth – children. This wealth cannot be owned by anyone – neither the nation nor the parents. This wealth belongs to tomorrow, which our children will live in as successful and independent adults.
National Network for Children wishes to all the strength, enthusiasm and courage to grow the independent and successful people of the future!
Happy Holidays!
