Representatives of the National Network for Children currently participate in four working groups to develop three operational programs and the EU and Bulgaria partnership agreement for the next programming period.
The Agreement itself was officially launched on September 9th, 2013 on a public discussion, organized by the Economic and Social Council.
The Partnership Agreement is the document defining Bulgarian national priorities that have to be financed by the European structural and investment funds for 2014-2020 period. The paper has been developed by an intersectoral working group, which included a representative of the National Network for Children. The non-government organization contributed to its elaboration with a statement and 15 specific comments on child issues, which all have been accepted and included in the document’s text and further presented for public discussion.
