The public council on education- Berkovitza has the aim of realizing programs in the area of education, science, art, social work; building a modern culture and identity, its popularization as a part of the process of mutual familiarization and cooperation; conduction and initiatives for revealing, affirming and development of spiritual values, civil society, education, science and culture; uniting the efforts of parents, youngsters, teachers, science and culture activists, as well as their organizations, with those of the state authority, local government authorities, individuals and legal entities, supporters of the idea of building a healthy environment for maturation and socializing the children and the students of Berkovitza; creating a social fund, civil solidarity and trust between the civil society and the state and central authorities.
