NC Association- Dimitrovgrad has the purpose of helping the development and the affirmation of the spiritual values, of civil society, the education and culture through the community centers in Dimitrovgrad- traditional social centers; to provide favorable conditions for a stable development of the local community through working out strategies, projects and programs connected to the community centers in Dimitrovgrad municipality.
