Initiative for development- “Kardjali decides” Association aims to develop and affirm the spiritual values, civil society and democratic principles; to create conditions for a wide public discussion of problems connected to the economic development, democratic strengthening, education, social security and preserving the environment with the purpose of expanding the participation of the citizens when making decisions and solving problems; to initiate and help the interaction between citizens, organizations and institutions for collaboration of planning and performing projects, directed to satisfying concrete needs of the society
