NPA “House of science and techniques” – Vratza is a NGO, receiver and continuer of the best traditions of Bulgarian Engineer- Architectural Association- Vratza. The mission of the organization is to help the development of the civil society through informational providing, training, community service to increase the civil activity and the social activities of youngsters and disadvantaged people.
