It’s founded in 1990 by state and social organizations with the aim of: helping gifted children and young people realizing projects in the fields of science, technology and management; supporting young innovators and entrepreneurs; distributing scientific, technological and management knowledge; improving the facilities for scientific and technological work; helping the education and specialization, international partnership in the fields of science and technology, etc.
