“Cedar” Foundation
aims to speed up the positive social changes in Bulgaria helping the offering of quality social services and care for disadvantaged children and youngsters.

To do so, we:

– Work with the central and local authorities so we can create reliable instruments for deinstitutionalization in Bulgaria
– Use expert and consultant help so we can structure and create models, applicable to the Bulgarian conditions
– Smooth the education of the caring personnel that up to this moment works in the Bulgarian orphanages, as well as the gathering and educating the caring personnel for the future alternative services
Why do we do this:
– We believe that every person deserves a human attitude
– We believe that every person has basic, irrevocable human rights
– We beliebe, that Bulgaria is able to provide a suitable care for disabled people
