Parents who leave children without control at risk situation will be sanctioned with fines up to 5000 leva. This is envisaged in the new Child Protection law announced yesterday the Deputy-Minister of the Ministry of labour and social policy Valentina Simeonova in front of bTV. However, the focus on the strengths of the parents is at the core of the positive parenting approach rather than the introduction of a system of sanctions and labeling them as irresponsible.
